Smith & Fawer, LLC is proud to announce that Sarah Lowman has joined the firm as “of Counsel.” Sarah, a 1987 graduate of Tulane Law School, brings thirty years of experience in the practice of law. Sarah will be focusing her practice on achieving justice for business and residential clients damaged by the Sewerage & Water Board of New Orleans’ SELA drainage canal projects in Uptown New Orleans.
