MICHELLE MALASOVICH
SENIOR PARALEGAL/HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR
A life-long resident of the New Orleans area, Michelle has risen to senior paralegal and human resources director since joining Smith & Fawer, LLC in 2002 as a legal assistant.
Michelle has great and varied experience in different practice areas including insurance defense, medical malpractice, estate planning, and domestic relations.
PARALEGAL
Kierstin Browning has extensive experience in multiple industries, utilizing her skillsets to assist the firm’s attorneys as a paralegal since joining Smith & Fawer, LLC in 2023.
Kierstin earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Tulane University in 2021 and after a time in Denver, Colorado moved back home to New Orleans. Kierstin enjoys her free time with her husband and two adorable huskies.
