Biography

Reagan Reynolds Wilty rejoined Smith & Fawer, LLC in 2022 after beginning the first seven years of her law career with the firm in 2013 immediately after graduating magna cum laude from Tulane University Law School.

Reagan’s legal successes check many boxes, and while her practice is primarily focused on eminent domain, complex commercial litigation, partnership dispute litigation, community property litigation, and general civil litigation, she also possesses impressive experience in zoning disputes, civil rights litigation, succession litigation, criminal law, corporate transactions and formations, insurance coverage and defense litigation, plaintiff personal injury, labor and employment litigation, and securities litigation and arbitration.

A talented associate, Reagan litigates in federal and state courts, AAA, private arbitration and FINRA arbitration. She also has broad appellate experience.

Originally from Coleman, Texas, a small rural town in west Texas where she still has strong family ties, she currently resides in Algiers Point with her husband and their two girls. In her spare time, Reagan enjoys a truly New Orleans medium, creating papier mâché art.
